Carbon Monoxide Poisoning

The onboard generator makes your RV fully self-contained. It allows you access to 120 - volts when no shore power available, but consider that carbon monoxide is deadly! You should always check the exhaust on the generator before it stopped.

If you operate a generator with a damaged exhaust system. If you secure a portable generator, the exhaust gases are directed to use the campsite.

Note campsite etiquette. Run your generatorafter quiet hours.

Run your generator never sleep when you! Even with a carbon monoxide detector. You can not see, taste and smell, and carbon monoxide. Test the carbon monoxide detector every time the RV. Know what the symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning are:

1) Dizziness

2) Vomiting

3) Nausea

4) muscle twitching

5) Severe headache

6) Throbbing in the temples

7) Weakness and sleepiness

8) inability to think coherently

IfYou or someone else experiences any of these symptoms get remove to fresh air. If symptoms persist seek medical attention. Exit the generator and do not work until it is examined and repaired by a professional.
